MEREDITH – OWNER

With passion and a strong work ethic, Meredith began her career in the restaurant industry as a
teenager thirty years ago. She has served, bartended, cooked, and managed her way to opening
up her own place in 2022. In addition, she is an expert behind the bar having worked as a liquor
and fine wine sales rep, recommending products to restaurants and retail stores across the
Cape. These experiences shape how she views hospitality and influence how she plans and
executes her menus. Freshness is her priority. Our from-scratch kitchen uses fresh and local
ingredients, and she believes consistency in food and drink is key to running a successful eatery.
You will often find her in the restaurant: serving drinks, cooking food, or planning her next
special. When not at Las Chidas, Meredith enjoys spending time with her Cape Cod native
husband Mac and their two active kids—Chase and Farrah. Meredith loves her customers, both
the Cape regulars as well as those just passing through on their vacation travels. So stop by, say
