MEREDITH – OWNER

Meredith entered the restaurant business nearly 30 years ago, and recognized she had the passion and hard work to succeed in this industry. She went on to become a liquor and fine wine sales consultant servicing the restaurant and retail accounts from one end of the Cape to the other, developing creative and profitable cocktail menus. That experience shaped the way she approaches hospitality today and continues to influence the drink program at the restaurant. She believes the most important key to any restaurants success if fresh ingredients, relevant products and consistency which she aims to bring every day to her customers. You will find her there almost any day of the week behind the bar or cooking in the kitchen but when not at the restaurant, Meredith is spending time with her two very active children, Chase and Farrah, with her husband Mac by her side.
